Big Bear - Kota the Friend

Yuh, yuh
We in Washington
It's a rainy day in the Pacific Northwest
Yuh

Apricot tree, devil prey on my peace
Drew a line in the sand so they stay off my beach
Took a drive out to Big Bear rockin' my skis
Still New York like a fuckin' chopped cheese
Used to wash dishes, minimum wage shit
The journey not finished, you gotta be patient
And whistle while you work
This one for the bros on the grind for they loved ones, doin' that late shift
My palm itchin'
Good things comin', I'm callin' it all riches
Money, love, family, mama, it's all clickin'
Less tryna impress women and more livin'
We in Cape Town
UNO on the beach, sippin' liquor in a lake house
Blessins always fallin' from the sky, get the rake out
Haters want beef, watchin' me, that's a stakeout
Fumble, then you better pick it up like it's takeout
The plot thicker than SZA in twenty twenty three
Still humble like strawberries and Dungarees
Fly coasts just to ego check
I'm bi-coastal, my feet don't rest
Pull the weeds and plant the seeds
Whoever gon' shoot for me is family
Know that I'ma speak my mind and so you might as well cancel me
And get ahead of the crowd
Yuh
Move silent
Sustainable livin'
Manifested a new climate
New year, newfound wisdom and new prices
The life script is lookin' incredible, who writes this?
Smile through the pain
Got my mind on the gains
I'ma ride, give a fuck about the size of the wave
The truth get muddy when the lies entertained
And the growth get stunted when you hide from the rain, let's go
